Lauren Rittenberg DO

Dr. Rittenberg is originally from New York. She has a master’s degree in public health from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia with special interests in Alzheimer’s disease and obesity. She went on to receive her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in the top of her class. She completed her surgery and urology training at Einstein Medical Center with oncology training at Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center in NY.

Dr. Rittenberg then continued on to fellowship in Female Urology and Urogynecology at Medical University of South Carolina, training with top physicians in the field. Her special areas of interest include male and female incontinence, artificial male sphincter, robotic pelvic reconstruction, sling procedures with and without mesh, BPH, fistula repair, urethral and ureteral strictures, urinary retention, and overactive bladder.

Dr. Rittenberg is on the staff of Northwest Medical Center and Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital.

She enjoys power yoga, traveling, outdoors, trying new restaurants, and time with family including her two dogs!
