Dr. Patino is a native of New York City and has spent the majority of his adult life in the U.S. Navy, enlisting shortly after high school. He received his medical degree from Midwestern University of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago, Il. Dr. Patino completed his surgery and urology training at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. He then essentially had two careers in the Navy, an 11 year enlisted career and then a 12 year career as a physician. Dr. Patino has recently retired from the Navy.

Dr. Patino enjoys Robotic and Minimally Invasive Surgery and is facile with all aspects of general urology and Male Infertility. Some of his other special interests include: treating complex stones, managing BPH and Low Testosterone, treating Erectile Dysfunction, Urologic Prosthetic surgery, management of incontinence with advanced therapies such as Botox and Interstim, and Microscopic vasectomy reversal. Dr. Patino is a Board Certified Urologist and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is on staff at Northwest Medical Center and Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital.

Dr. Patino values his patients and believes strongly that patients deserve sound explanations about their urologic health. The doctor-patient relationship is of utmost importance to him and values their trust. He believes in evidence based medicine and in ensuring that his patients receive ethical and quality care.

Dr. Patino is fluent in Spanish and English. Outside of his medical practice he enjoys international travel, volunteer medicine, physical fitness and spending time with his family.
